At Alex Kelly Ltd we aim to provide a variety of services to promote and develop social skills.  We provide high quality training on social skills and we also provide assessment and advice on any aspect of developing social skills.  We are particularly keen to work with schools to help you become effective in developing social skills and meeting the SEAL agenda.  We offer a number of courses but we also like to work with organisations to provide something that is completely right for you.

Social Skills Training Courses

We run 3 courses:

   •An introduction to social skills (1 day)
   •Assessing and teaching social skills (2 days)
   •Developing self esteem and relationship skills (1 day)

The courses are aimed at anyone working with children or adults with social skills or relationships skills difficulties. The courses can be adapted to suit your individual needs and we are always happy to discuss providing you with bespoke training.    

School consultancy work

We will work with schools to help you develop social skills within your school environment.  We will help you meet the SEAL agenda: we can train staff, assess children, set targets, set up groups with specific children, monitor progress and reassess.  We are currently working with a number of schools on helping them to become centres of excellence in developing social skills and relationships skills. 

Assessment and intervention

We are able to offer you an assessment of a child's social skills and then advice on which skills should be taught first.  We may work with your child individually but we will also work closely with other people within the child's environment to deliver interventions.  We will provide you with individual targets and practical advice and will monitor progress as agreed.

Our Fees

Our fees will depend on what you want and how much you want.  Our courses start from £350 plus vat and consultancy work starts from £299 plus vat.  However, we like to work out a package that is right for you and your budget and so we will always quote individually for work based on what you need and what we can provide.
